It is such an amazingly wonderful experience to guide home buyers through this exciting process. I’ve had the pleasure of helping people find and buy their very first home - truly, such a privilege for me to be a part of their dream of home ownership. I have also had the honor of assisting the sale of homes that witnessed generations through their doors! Here's What to Expect Once you contact me, we'll chat and we can ask all kinds of questions. In better understanding what you seek in a home, in a neighborhood, and taking into account your commute as well as other specific needs and wants (such as proximity to schools, work or other things or maybe something like access to fiber enabled Internet) and more. If you are new to this region, I am happy to take you on a community tour. I do this often for many who are relocating here, and it is always very enlightening and I so enjoy meeting people! Based on what we set as parameters, I will review and share possible homes with you. We'll pick out the ones that best fit your criteria and catch your eye and I will schedule tours of the homes. Once you find that special place you can see yourself calling home, we'll make and offer and start the negotiating process. I'll be there with you every step of the way, through the offer process and throughout the cycle of appraisals, inspections and closing documents.
