REALTOR®

A REALTOR® is a licensed real estate salesperson who belongs to the National Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade group in the country. ​REALTORS® are held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a Code of Ethics. To be a REALTOR® an individual must pass a rigorous exam. 

ABR

Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)
This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria required by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, REBAC.

GRI

Graduate Realtor Institute
Only Realtors who successfully complete more than 90 hours of comprehensive training can be called a GRI. These agents are considered the elite of the business. It is the No. 1 real estate designation in the industry. The GRI designation is to real estate what the CPA designation is to accountants. Realtors boasting the GRI are set apart as masters of the real estate profession, possessing advanced skills and techniques.

e-PRO

​NAR's e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.

GREEN

​The National Association of Realtor's Green Designation.
The Green Designation is the only NAR conferred real estate designation designed for agents looking to learn about issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in the various facets of real estate. As consumer demand for knowledge on these issues increase, so will your awareness of green issues.

AHWD

At Home With Diversity.
The At Home with Diversity designation is a National Association of Realtor's certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. Since 1998, the At Home With Diversity program has prepared over 20,000 REALTORS® to work effectively with and within today’s increasingly diverse pool of homebuyers. ​The At Home with Diversity course addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing and business planning development. The AHWD certification conveys to clients that they are working with a dynamic real estate professional with expertise that transcends cultural barriers.
